No, there is no cure for rabies. Usually, after direct contact with a rabied animal the vet will give your dog another rabies vaccine. That most times will stop the rabies. But, if you don't get to a vet quick enough and the dog starts showing signs of rabies, its too late. There isn't even a human cure for rabies. If you came in contact with this dog, go to the ER now. You need to start a human rabies vaccine series to ensure you do not get rabies.

Does your dog have rabies?? Because I know you can get a rabies shot for them.

Rabies is not only incurable, but they have to put the animal down to find out for 100% sure that they have the disease.
