I run 6 KM distance 2-3 times during the week and want to increase it to 8 km. I usualy run at 10:30 PM before going to bed.. Is this healthy? (Or could it be harmful for the heart, to run and go to sleep after shower...)

You'll do just fine running 8 Km 3 times a week as long as you warm up and stretch before and warm down and stretch after.

10:30 PM is not my choice of running times, but if it's okay with you, then do it. I've never heard nor read about problems with late-night running.

Good Luck

Well, and 8k is only a little over 5 miles, and generally that's the minimum I try to run, so I can't imagine why it would be unhealthy.
