60%, and this is based on the way a girl presents herself in public. I won't be interested in a girl if she wears baggy or torn jeans, or some cloth that looks like came out of the garbage that morning. In terms of physical appearance i'd say about the same. That doesn't mean I have to have golden egg of the stack but if I can't find a physical attraction then I won't achieve the mental attraction. Everything has to attract me or I won't bite. Just like if she is good looking but I'm not attracted on an emotional level (plenty of girls like that in high school).

Looks, 5%; however, there's so much more that goes into being attractive: personality, sense of humor, compassion, character, self-esteem, confidence, lady likeness, intelligence, and so on. Then there's appearance: are you neat and clean, do you dress nice? It's more important to be attractive! Just be yourself.

Honestly, I think looks are about 30%. There are so many other qualities in people. And remember, as we age, our looks begin to deminish.

if i had to name one, probably 60% at least. but really, it's less a percent and more of a threshold. if she's good looking enough to meet a certain threshold (for me, about 7-8/10), then i start looking at other things like personality and brains. but if she doesn't have enough looks to meet the threshold, i am not interested. sounds mean but that's how it goes.
