I'd probably be some sort of Pagan.

It does require out of the box thinking.

funny you should ask, I finally did that belief-o-matic quiz out of curiosity, and it labeled me
1. Neo-Pagan (100%)
2. Unitarian Universalism (96%)
3. Mahayana Buddhism (93%)
fits me pretty well I think, I just dont like labels, gets in the way of who we really are.

Well if Christianity wasn't an option, that would mean that Jesus never came, never lived a sinless life , never willingly sacraficed himself to pay the penalty of sin, and eternal life would never be obtainable. So I would choose the only other path there is. The path we all start on, Seperated from God by our sin and head for an eternity in a lake of fire.

The asker of this question is the only one I have seen on here that spoke of being a pagan in the correct terms and probably didn't realise it. You see the word Pagan implys a time which was prior to Christ's (Jesus) arrival (in humanly form). No one to today can be a true Pagan. It means Pre-Christ, and since we live in AD. not BC (before Christ) No one can be a Pagan.

Hmmm... Probably some combination of Buddhism and Wicca. Both are interesting, and have at least something to recommend them.

[edit] LOL And here I forgot that in the past I HAVE attended at a synagogue! Yeah, that's also a cool path.

Christianity is not an option for me at all. I'm already a Pagan and will continue to be one for the rest of my life, Goddess willing.

First, let me say that I'm glad Christianity IS an option.
It works for me, and that is what counts, right?
But with no Christian path to be on..... well, you would think I'd choose the Jewish faith.
But that seems too legalistic for me, what with all the laws that must be kept in order to get to heaven.
I'd probably be Wiccan. That seems like a peaceful path, causing one to be in harmony with nature and the world in general.

Emperor,
It depends what you mean by "not an option"!
1. Would be it because of religious persecution?
2. Or because of political prohibition?
3. Or imagining that Christ was not born yet?

In the first two cases I would still be a Christian, even in the case of facing prison, torture, death.
In the second case, I would be monotheist, serving and adoring only one GOD, the one that made the Universe and that is LOVE!

The same path that I have now chosen. I am an Eclectic Pagan that does not practice magic.

Since I am not a christian, I would remain me. Christianity is not an option for me.

If I ever entertained the idea of returning to Christianity, participation here has made that impossible.

Christianity isn't an option :)

If I had to put a label on myself aside from atheist, it would have to be Buddhist. I have an enormous amount of respect for Buddhism.
