Click Start, Run

Type regedit in the Open field

Click OK

In the left panel

Click on the + signs of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, SOFTWARE, Microsoft, Windows, CurrentVersion

Click on Run

Look in the right panel for win32 that is not referenced with another application.

Click on File, export, name and save it to a folder where you can find it if something does not work.

The delete it. close regedit and restart your computer

Good Luck

Check this location on the computer to see if there is a Win32 folder there, if it is, delete it.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
