It's called "postural hypotension". It's a sudden dizzy spell, caused by a sudden fall in blood pressure, that occurs when a person assumes a standing position, usually after a prolonged period of rest.
Stand slowly rather than quickly, as the delay can give the blood vessels more time to constrict properly. This can help avoid incidents of fainting.

Sounds like low blood pressure. See your MD to get some help. Could also be the result of low blood sugar too.
Both can easily be helped by adjusting your diet or with mild medication.
GO! see your doctor.

It could be several differant things, could be severe inner ear infection. You don't necessarily have ear pain to have one.
It could be your blood pressure, or your blood sugar could be running low. You really need blood tests to determine for sure what it is, but it has been going on to long to not see a doctor.

my aunt had that. Listen carefully.
If this happens more you should go IMMEDIATELY to a doctor for a blood test. If the doctor said its not a disease, etc. then go for accupuncture (i think u spell it like that). It sort of hurts but it balances the energy in ur body, heals it, and the doctor can find whats wrong
hope u feel better
