How should I get a girlfriend?

Ok I'm from Iran and live in Canada. Next month I will go in grade 11 and want to get a girlfriend. All people like me but tell me I'm shy. What should I do?

First relax and enjoy the new world. I think you're a little different in many concepts about life and the way that life is here in America.Does not matter if you're in Canada. Canada and USA ( I'm in USA)have same concepts about life.So try to relax,enjoy you new life and sooner or later you are going to have a girl friend.You're young and you have a wonder full live to live.Take it easy,steep by steep.
