If Adam came from the Earth first.
Someone up there must have known about D.N.A. as we are made of minerals.
We are all female before you are born and if we are 98% water, wouldn't we have come from the ocean. Before you are born you have gills.

Where did God get the D.N.A from?

As the Creator, God also created DNA. As far as Adam, he wasn't born as you and I were born, he was the first man, created as a man, not as a child to grow to a man. And Eve was created a grown woman. Would we have come from the ocean??? Hmmmmm. So you're saying we were like this little something that crawled out on the beach and suddenly over time, wa-la, we developed arms, legs, etc., developed lungs and started walking around? I suppose you also think that your grandfather's grandfather's great great grandfather distantly removed was a chimpanzee?? And they call God a fairy tale??

2 Tim 4:3-5 NKJV
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; 4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.

I'm confused...

If I read you right, you are saying we must have evolved into humans because as fetuses in the womb we have gills. Therefore, we must have come from fish (and by extension the ocean) because they have gills, right?

Sorry, I don't see the correlation. That's like saying that the earth is experiencing higher temperatures because there are fewer pirates on the planet. The two statements are correct by themselves, but there is little to no correlation between the two.

I would make the point that we don't know the exact processes whereby God created man. All we know is that, as the scriptures say, we are created in His image. Perhaps he incorporated the DNA from lower forms of life into our genetic code. We really don't know at this point in time. Maybe at some point in the future we will know.

Humans have a fairly large amount of DNA from other creatures in our chromosomes, and most of it we don't use. It's there for some purpose. The gills when we are fetuses are obviously there to help us to breathe in a waterlike environment, like the amniotic fluid in a woman's uterus.

Just my$.10!! Hope I didn't offend you.

Cheers!!

Jehovah God, who has always been in existence, created Jesus first [ Proverbs 8; 22-31] then the angels, then the universe, including earth, then animals, and lastly man, starting with Adam...and of course, then Eve.
And we are all descended from them.
DNA is simply a building block.
simply put, if you see two building blocks that look the same, it is likely that they came from the same 'set' or even manufacturer.
As to whether we came about by chance or were created. If a person was walking in the forest and came upon a house, you would conclude that it was built by someone.'
Well, the forest was built by God. How he did it is beyond our comprehension, but it is NOT by chance.

For your explanation to work, we would have never needed , nor wanted males. If we did not need them in the beginning to recreate, then we certainly would have never made it such that we would have to have them to recreate.

The same is true if it were vise versa, male first or female first. For evolution to hold true, neither one of us would have ever gave up the abililty to recreate ourselves and made it needed to continue the race to find a willing partner in order to do so. We would have kept on recreating within ourselves.

Adam was first, made from the earth and given an eternal soul and breath of life by God. Eve next, made from Adam and given an eternal soul and breath of life by God.

At that point, they were told to be fruitful and multiply, Adam never multiplied by himself and neither did Eve.
