Life Water

Definitely Brita. Get your own Brita pitcher which usually comes with a Brita filter. It usually will take about a gallon of water and you can keep it in your fridge to keep the water cold. You only have to change the filter like every 3 months or 30 gallons. It says when to change them on the box and the filter packages themselves when you buy a new one or a pack of three to five. Don't buy Aquafina or Dasani, made by Pepsi and Coco-Cola, or any of the other ones. Brita is great, cuz you can use tap water. Just put the pitcher right under the tap, turn the water on and watch the water trickle out the filter. It tastes so fresh that you'll never go back and it gets rid of all the bad chemicals that can get in your tap water. Some of the so-called Spring bottled water companies actually put preservatives in their water. Don't use distilled water that you can get in gallon jugs at the supermarket. Distilled water may sound good cuz it has no impurities in it like Jae said, but actually it can wash out vitamins and minerals in your body. That's why they say when you flush your car/truck's radiator to use distilled water--it's cuz it has absolutely nothing in it. It's no good. Good luck!

Tap water - it's free, the standards for tap water are higher than bottled water and it has more nutrients, particularly fluoride than bottled water.

This depends on where you live of course.

I personally like Naya bottled water. It has something like 3 ppm of like zinc and some other "ingredients" that are found in natural spring water.

Tap water. It's (sort of) free! And most of those bottled waters are from the tap anyway.

I actually prefer the filtered water that comes out of my fridge door. It tastes better to me than bottled, and I'm not using up plastic bottles.
