This Christian considers them terrorists of the worst kind. To rationalize the bombing of an abortion clinic; for one's own misguided agenda is pure psychosis. By the way, Paul wrote and taught that Christians should mind their own business and allow people of the world 'do as they will'. If they come to my church and 'we' don't condone abortion; then, it's 'on them' to abide by our creed(s) or go start their own church.

But, we Christians have squandered untold energy wailing and moaning about women of the world's choices and body's and it has been a colossal failure.

As one of my fave bumper stickers says: "Don't believe in abortion? Then, don't have one !"

I can't give a logical answer to an illogical question. The basis of your question suggests that all Christians either support or oppose the actions of the abortion clinic bombers. No group as broad and varied as "Christianity" holds a consensus on this issue. Most Christians, as I would think you could conclude yourself, do not support the actions of these terrorists -- and yes, they are terrorists. But some, either misguided or insincere, Christians do support their actions. There's bad apples in every group.

(To Bill S: "If you don't believe in rape, don't do it." I'm not saying rape is equivelant to abortion; I'm saying if something is believed to be wrong, so wrong that it's worthy of prohibition, there is nothing hypocritical or unfounded about trying to outlaw it. The debate here is not over whether bad things should be outlawed; it's over whether abortion is a bad thing. And if it is a bad thing, it should be outlawed -- no argument there. We need to determine if abortion is bad, and if it is bad, if it's so bad it should be outlawed. Of course, we'll probably never determine that.)

To the 1st poster--no Ayres in no way became convicted, you're suitable. yet he became these days quoted as smugly affirming (whilst a reporter asked him approximately his place interior the bombings) "Ah the yank justice gadget...to blame as sin and unfastened as a chicken" and smirked. he's airborne dirt and dirt. to respond to the question--via definition, terrorism is the act of violence upon a rustic, governmental development, team or individual with the rationale of inflicting injury to comparable. via definition, i do no longer think of an abortion medical institution qualifies. this is the place she became going, evaluating it to the government homes that have been throughout 9/11. I information that utilising this good judgment will deliver approximately the inevitable "properly then the twin towers wasn't terrorism" it became, simply by fact the purpose of focused on those particular homes became to financially cripple the country and to reason optimal dying to make a political assertion. Ayres and his supporters will state that he became additionally making a political assertion whilst he orchestrated the abortion medical institution bombings. No he became no longer, his 'assertion' became an ideological one. I honestly have used a great style of 'via definition" phrasing and that's style of a cop out, even although technically the certainty. i think of Ayres is a family individuals terrorist, i think of Palin splitting hairs on that, at a similar time as technically properly suited, in basic terms confuses the priority. the guy is a sociopathic pig and obama counts him as a chum. What extra can we honestly could desire to appreciate?? Ayers has in no way expressed experience sorry approximately, yet obama says that element of his (Ayres) life is over. somewhat???

Whether they beleive it's in the name of God or a "just cause" it is still an act of terrorism and it should not be tolerated. Just because someone doesn't agree with a particular medical practice because it goes against their beliefs, does not give them or anyone else the right to make an attempt to destroy the clinic.

Just because someone believes something is wrong, does not make it overall wrong. "What works for one person, may not work for another," and in the sense of abortion, while one person considers life a miracle, another considers that same life a burden. I say, we should let everyone make their own decisions without forcing our beliefs on everyone else.

I consider abortion clinic bombers to be murderers, just like the people who are having abortions.

Most Christians, like myself, consider clinic bombers to be misguided. I don't know of a single Christian who encourages hate and violence on that scale.

UPDATE: I believe that abortion clinic bombers should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
