the hair on the back of my daughters hair has gotten really snarled, is there a way to smooth it out that won't hurt her?

try wetting it then applying conditioner work the conditioner threw and then try combing it! or get a de tangling it!!

Make sure the hair is dry, hair is at its weakest when it is wet. Hair tangles from the bottom of the hair strand towards the root. So you will want to take a pick and start at the bottom of the hair strand and work your way to the root brushing out just a little at a time. Hold the hair with a little bit of slack between your hand and her head so your not pulling the strands on her head.
