Most of my friend's lost their's in late freshman/sophomore year and the rest that didn't lost it at age 17. There are some of us that are still saving it though so don't think there isn't. I don't need to tell you all this "wait 'til marriage or you love someone" and lecture you, I assume if you're asking this then you're big enough to know it should be special and if it's not you might or might not regret it, just be smart. :]

Yes, I think it is too early, definitely. Very few high school sophmores are prepared to deal with the consequences of sex.
Sex is something that brings two mature souls together, not just two physical bodies. It is meant for a serious relationship, such as marriage. It is not something to be done as a recreational sport, in spite of what you may hear all around you.
Find some good role models you look up to and trust...and talk with them.
Good luck, be safe, and think carefully. Your virginity is something you can't regain once lost.

There's no set timeframe on it because it's your body. But it should be given to someone that you really care about as well as your caring about yourself. You should make sure you are safe, disease and drug free from the person you are going to initate this act with and making sure that you are not going to get pregnant. Sex is a beautiful thing and being ready to give up your virginity is something you should do with a great deal of care and with someone you know you feel extremely close to and sure about as far as a courting relationship. If it's just the neighbor friend next door, then don't waste your time. You'll probably get caught doing it and/or pregnant. It's not worth it on a whim basicly and you are beautiful and deserve better respect than that so be careful as you make your decision. There's no timeframe on it! ... Remember that! ... Good luck!

First i didn't get a chose when i lost mine i was raped at earily age. I do feel that High School is to earily for anyone man or woman. It should be something you will remember for the rest of you life not just something to do. I on the other hand don't know when is the right time . Yes marriage is a good place to hope for you not likely yo happen that way. you should find someone you can talk to about the way you feel always make sure that the person you are with wont's you for the right reasons that being love. Sex is something kids take for granted.once its gone its gone for good you cant get that first time back. know that you are ready before you think of having sex. think about all that is at risk. I wish i could have chosen when my first time was.
GOOD LUCK

There is no set time or place. Only you can answer that for your self. Don't let any one pressure you into something that you aren't ready for either. Yeah so peers may say "everyone doing it." but your not everyone. Your you. And believe it or not "everyone" isn't doing it. More teens today choose to stay a virgin, then they let on. Do some research, it might help your conscious.

you have all the time in the world to have sex. Don't get pressured. Virginity is the most precious gift to give to a deserving gentlemen and you aren't going to know who that guy is until after high school or even after college.

The only time it is NOT to Early to loose your virginity is AFTER you are MARRIED. Worry more about obtaining some morals and not loosing your virginity. Also as a adult and a grandmother, I for one am tired of paying high taxes to take care of the kids that you kids are having.

Well..there is no real answer on that. Some say you should wait til ya get married, but, if you really love the person and he/she loves you back and you both are responsible and mature about it, then it could be any age. I lost mine when I was 17. So I guess its just depends on that person. Just be smart about it.
