Alright, so I'm a pretty skinny guy and tennis player. I can play tennis fairly well, have 'good' control over the ball, and mostly always get my serves in on the first try (even though they are a little lame). I think that I have a shot at varsity next year and I want to have more power to guarantee me a spot which means that I'm also going to need more muscle. What kind of exercises can I do to strengthen which muscles?
