I have given this question some thought and have come to the following conclusion
After working as a drug and alcohol counsellor I would have to give alcohol the dubious award of the most detrimental drug that is available.
The worst part is its legal once you are a certain age, depending were you live.
Its social acceptance is so ingrained into our society that it is often not even thought of as a drug.
But,there are more murders, bashings and injury and death related to car accidents that involve alcohol than any other drug.
There are more family breakdowns associated with alcohol.
There are more rapes associated with alcohol, more cases of child abuse both violent and sexual.
By comparison to heroin and ice or acid or any other drug, alcohol is cheap and easier by far to obtain.
Alcohol destroys brain cells faster than any other drug.
It also greatly exacerbates the ageing process and reduces fertility and virility.
It is often the primer for use of other drugs. Its long term use and abuse causes liver, kidney and heart disease and irreversible brain damage.
You don't have to over dose on alcohol to be susceptible to these conditions as they are mostly the result of accumulative use.
It is also one of the most difficult drugs to be totally rehabilitated from.
So while I dont consider any of the drugs worth risking my life and health for a few hours (if that) of altered state of mind. I consider that alcohol is the most evil.
But despite most being aware of the detrimental effects I have mentioned, many will be spending today either getting pi**ed or recovering enough to go out and do it all again.
What chance does education against its use and abuse have when it is the major sponser of sporting events .
The laws in Australia have changed to ban smoking cigarettes in a club or hotel due to the risk of its harmful effects, that I do not at all dispute.
However it seems absurd to me to allow people to kill themselves on another more lethal and antisocial drug that is advertised and promoted freely.

Meth... the addiction is immediate, the high is tremendous, and you'll do anything for the next hit.
Heroine - obviously bad...
but have you considered PCP? Makes you invincible. You can take ten hits from a 9mm and keep charging.
Acid is relatively harmless compared to the above. Take half a hit and you'll be fine, no flashbacks.

Crack followed by cocaine and heroin
All of these have incredibly hard to break cycles of addiction.
They say meth is also so bad, but from what I have read I don't think the anecdotal evidence backs up the official statements.

I think tobacco is the worst. Look at how many people are smoking it and are dieing, and yet most won't stop. And what's worse, it's legal!
But to answer your question, I think meth, I've read a lot about it and it makes people disgusting.
Peace and Happiness.

I think alcohol is the number one killer. Heroin is next. Then meth and acid is last.

In my older, humble opinion it is none of the drugs you cited. In terms of lives negatively affected and economic impact the two worst "drugs" are tobacco and alcohol.

Meth. It's easy to make, highly addictive, and quickly destroys your health.
