Whats the best way to lose 20 lbs in 4 weeks. I don't trust diet pills and nothing too expenisve to do. Give me healthy meal plans or workouts that work or both. Thanks! =]

Drink a lot of water. (not in an anorexic way, though)
Eat more fruit and veggies.
Cut the pop and candy/pie.

If you want something sweet:
eat a healthier version
or
eat it, but eat a smaller portion


start walking/jogging for about an hour each day.

its extremely unhealthy to lose that much weight that fast. You could develop heart problems and such. The best way to lose weight is to lower the amount of calorie intake a day and exercise more. I suggest eating 3-5 very small portions a day of healthy foods and don't eat after 7 or 8pm. Its pretty simple if you perceive it to be simple! PS: no starving yourself

That's a tall order, but it IS possible. I did it by going vegetarian and exercising. It will require a great deal of will power to get five pounds a week.

drink only water, milk, and juice....don't eat any sugar products.....eat lots of protien type foods...like tuna...chicken.....you will feel fuller longer...and work out as much as you can....sit ups push ups running...
