i find it odd how we're allowing gangs like MS13 to get bigger by not deporting those lawbreakers who think they're still in their countries, yet good hard working people are more likely go get deported.

Take away all benefits, jobs, housing, continue the raids.
Enforce the law. Seal the border. They are leaving Georgia.
Hmm..a lot have left here because the killing cold last spring killed the crops.
You know what...this nation survived the Great Depression..we can far more easily survive the Great Deportation.
With every day that passes I'm becoming more adamant and more vocal with my elected officials. This government had best wake up and smell the coffee. The people with the power to remove them from office want the illegal aliens out or those politicians out and replaced with the ones who will use the AMERICAN CAN DO philosophy and GET THE JOB DONE.

They are self-deporting from the towns and states (Georgia) etc that are cracking down. Why is it so hard to comprehend?? The more towns and states that crack down make it that much harder.
There will be fewer people coming into the country...and with the "barn door closed" the more the flood slows, the more we can concentrate more on deporting those that won't leave on their own.
Illegal aliens aren't wanted in the U.S. any more than they are wanted in any other country. WE the citizens don't want you here. Come here legally or don't come at all.
As was said once the employers REALLY get the message that hiring illegals won't be tolerated, available employment for illegals will dry up.
There will always be a some employment, but if you erase 80-90 percent of the available employment, it's a lot easier to get rid or find those that are left.

1. Amend the Constitution so that it reads:
"Unless restricted or provided by law, the rights and priviledges contained in this Constitution apply only to US Citizens and lawfully present aliens."
This would remove ALL rights for the illegals. The only question would be whether the suspect was a US Citizen or lawful present alien. If not, no rights at all.
2. US citizenship shall pass only to the children of US Citizens (subject to current laws) and law permanent resident aliens. No anchor babies!
3. If an alien is found in violation of any immigration law, a lifetime permanent bar to immigration is in effect. Once caught here illegally, then they are never eligible to adjust status no matter what.
4. Any alien found in the US involation of US law will have a mandatory sentence of imprisonment which will include hard labor on chain gang type prisons. (That way our crops can be harvested! :)
5. All assets of an apprended alien will be turned over to the government. This includes salaries, bank accounts, cars, houses, personal effects - even if the end result is that the government destroys the property.
6. US Citizen children of apprended aliens will be taken from their parents (the aliens will lose parental rights) and put up for adoption by US Citizen parents (adoption of foreign children by US citizens will be curtailed).
7. After a 6 month warning outbound searches will be conducted on flights and vehicles leaving the US. Illegal caught leaving will be subject to above.
8. Funds wired to foreign countries over $500.00 will be subject to a reporting requirements CF 4790.
These will "encourage" self deportations!
ICE could get off their butts and do their jobs. For example, target industries and/or towns. Do sweeps with check points.

It's actually happening, but not in great numbers. When the raids started alot of them were afraid to go to work. I found out about the raid, because I saw a couple of Hispanics begging for money, and That was an extremely rare sight. I ofund out latter that they were afraid to report to work. THe problem is that no matter how tough our law is a lot will stay. It's not as much as the love of our country, but the shame of returning home. MS13 gang got it's start from illegal immigrants unable to work because they lack documentation. So they do illegal activities to stay alive rather than return home.

As long as it is not amnesty. Our government should have been doing their jobs a long time ago, and it is time for them to step up to the plate and begin, full force, deportation of all the criminal illegal aliens in this country.

From the looks of it some of us are letting our xenophobia overcome our logic and reason. I've read several comments suggesting that illegal immigrants be deported, but none have made reference to the economic reprecussions that would entail. There is an estimated thirteen million illegal immigrants in the U.S., the vast majority of whom work the most menial and degrading jobs. When one takes into consideration the ever increasing age of Americans who will soon be going into retirement, is it really reasonable for us to deport such a large portion of our workforce? To do so would create 13 million job vacancies. Now I realize that some of us see this as a win-win situation, but let me ask you... are Americans as a whole willing to take up jobs as farm workers and bus boys/girls? What we really need to do is have our congressional representatives pull their heads out of their rectal cavities and stop focusing on irrelevant issues like same-sex marriage, and come up with some sensible and effective legislation. It's time that we stop making immigrants' lives any more hellish by terrorizing them with raids and threats and focus on coming up with a sensible solution.

Self deport means....that all incentives for the illegal to remain here are shut in their faces. They cant work cause employers are scared to death that if they are found to be hiring illegals they could get fined out of business and face 5 years mandatory jail sentence for each illegal they hired.
It means you have different agencies cooperating with each other and sharing information to make it easy to identify where illegals are working.
Once they cant work, they will have no choice but to go back to their homelands....or in other words they will self deport.

Simple solution to encourage self-deportation:
1) No round-ups. If encountered normally or in any criminal investigation, or reported by a citizen, they follow up and proceed accordingly.
2) Once caught, they are tried, convicted, and sentenced.
3) Their fingerprints, genetics, etc. are recorded in a national database.
4) Sentence commuted.
5) Warned that if they return, their employer will be investigated, their family and friends will be investigated, etc.
6) Told that they may NEVER become a citizen, EVER, under any circumstance or amnesty.
7) If they return, they are immediately jailed, sentence reinstated, and tried for their most recent illegal entry.
8) They serve full time for all sentences. Family, friends, all associates questioned and possibly charged with aiding and abetting, if not illegal entry into the country.
9) Any person who has gained citizenship through amnesty should lose it if they aid and abet an illegal alien.
They won't stay. They'll return so they can enter legally to avoid getting caught and refused citizenship, etc.

Believe me, they will self deport. Only 1 local law has been voided, and even then, it's got a long way to go since the city is going to appeal it all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary.
As employers are arrested and jailed jobs will dry up and they'll leave.
As more and more cities and towns setup driving check points to check for drunk drivers, no license and no insurance they'll begin to feel the heat after they are repeatedly arrested. They'll get the message and leave.
They didn't get here over night and they won't leave over night. Clearly the corner has been turned. The momentum is to put an end to the party and begin to enforce our laws.

Did they not "self deport" from their country of origin?? What is so hard to comprehend about them self deporting from a country that is NOT theirs, where they are NOT welcome (as an illegal alien), NOT wanted (as an illegal alien).
What would make them self deport is the exact same thing that made them self deport from their REAL country.
They have been self-deporting from the towns cracking down on illegal aliens.
If we enforce our laws as should be, there's no reason for them to stay.
