This is not the best idea..I have my ex husbands initials on my ankle..We didnt last more than a year after that. It is like a signal or something. If you were to get matching tattoos, I would steer clear of getting names and/or initials. I would go for some kind of symbol of your love. Maybe a Chinese or Japanese symbol of something important to the both of you would be best. I find these types of tattoos intriguing and you dont have to directly associate it to him...just in case something happens and you 2 dont stay together.

my ex and I got matching stars, in different colors. notice I say my EX! at least I'm not left with his name on my body.

I have a heart-shaped lock and my EX boyfriend has a key. It was supposed to be like, he has the key to my heart... or whatever.
