If its just all over skin itching its most likely that your soap is drying you out. Try getting a soap thats less fragranced and has mousturizers added (vitamin E, Aloe Vera etc..). Also try scrubbing off the dead skin really well in the shower and immediately putting on a good all over body lotion when you get out and before bed. It sounds to me like dry skin.

Could be a couple of reasons. Depending on the amount of time you spend in the shower and how hot the water is and the types of soaps you use, your skin may be a little irritated or possibly dried out by the water. I would suggest getting some body lotion and applying that to your skin after the shower. That should help.

IT COULD BE THE SOAP Like anti bacterial> is very bad to use on a daily basis, actulally bad, because it can build up and cause allergies, itching etc or u have very hard water. Get a mild soap and try it for a month and see.

Hi,
It could be two or three things.
1. Your skin has lost it's natural moisture and it takes 20mins to return.
2. You are allergic to your shampoo or soap.
3. You are allergic to your body spray.
Answers,
Moisturise after showering.
Wash with a neutral baby bath soap, body and hair.
Leave the body spray till your pores have closed up again (hot water opens them up, reducing the water temp towards the end helps close them. )

You may be allergic to the soap or even the minerals in your water. I'd start by changing to a soap for people with allergies and see if this helps. If you use a wash cloth, try washing those in detergent that is for people with allergies. Try getting a new scrungie if you use one of those. If not, see if it happens if you get in the water (without washing). If that is the problem, you may need to bathe with boiled water (boil it and let it cool then wash).

i itch sometimes on my back when i get out of the shower but usually it doesn't last long... or you could possibly not be getting all the soap off your skin before you get out.

The water may be too hot or your allergic to somthing you use in the shower. I was allergic to the shampoo Tre-semme and it took me almost a year to figure out what it was.
