My wife said it sounded like she had a flat on one of the tires but they are all properly inflated. I looked at them and there's a thin layer of asphalt about three inches tall and the width of the tire. Will it damage the tire? How do I get it off?

it won't damage the tire but it could make it handle poorly. i would suggest scraping it off asap. just get what you can off with a screwdriver or a paint scraper and the rest will eventually wear off.

No it will not hurt the tire. Just take a screw driver and scrape it out of the tire tread. It will eventually wear off.

It will wear off after a few miles, I wouldn't worry about it.

IT WILL NOT DAMAGE THE TIRE OR THE THE CAR BUT IF NOT COMPLETELY REMOVED YOU WILL BE IN FOR A CRAZY RIDE.

USE WD40 TO REMOVE IT.
