well lets see... Al Qaeda is known for breaking into a house, subduing a family, cooking the children alive, forcing the parents to eat their cooked babies, and then unceremoniously cutting off the parents faces with piano wire. Did I mention some of the more unlucky parents must witness their children being raped and tortured before being cooked and served. Evil is infinite. There is no most evil. And the above description belies only half of the evil. Yes more evil than the act itself is that it is done in the name of a false god.

you know when like a famliy man will just go mad and for some reason he will kill him self his wife and baby and kids and nobody knows why i think thats the devils works pure evil

Mess with a little child; ignore a child; not take care for a child; tell a child he/she is unwanted
(I actually had the parent of one of my students SAY that to her in a meeting.,,,,,no wonder some kids have problems)

Rape.
If someone murders you, that's it, you're dead. You don't have to live with the memories, the horror, the fear and the guilt for the rest of you life. If you're raped, you live with that and more for the rest of you days.
