It means your fonts folder has been deleted.

Boot the computer with a Windows ME Startup disk with CD-ROM support.

NOTE: These instructions assume that your CD-ROM drive letter is drive D and that Windows is installed in the C:\Windows folder. If this is not the case, adjust the following instructions accordingly.

Windows ME
md c:\windows\fonts
attrib +s c:\windows\fonts
extract /a d:\winME\winME_22.cab *.fon /l c:\windows\fonts
extract /a d:\winME\winME_22.cab *.ttf /l c:\windows\fonts
Reboot the computer. If the Fonts folder exists, just use the extract commands to extract the fonts into the folder.

It must be using Microsoft operating system, other operating systems don't give error codes. Microsoft OS's has many bugs and are very prone to having problems. Is there a fix? Not really, some codes can be fixed easily, others no way! Hope this helps a little. You can Google the error code to get more information on it.

Reboot to Safe Mode
>> Open Device Manager
>> Remove ALL Display Adapters
>> Remove ALL Monitors
>> Reboot to Normal Mode - Windows will reinstall the required drivers -

There are actually several different reasons for getting this error. Do you get the error on boot up. Or while in outlook express. or at other times. different problems different fixes.

probably not, you should call some windows people or something
or you could right click the start button and click search
and search for "GDI.EXE" and delete it
but it's possible that it's a vital program and could be harmful to your computer to delete it, but if it is it should have something pop up and say it is. so i would delete it unless your computer tells you it's important

Look for the executable "GDI.EXE" on your computer and search the Microsoft network for a possible fix.
