nothing beats working out. u have to do something to lose fat and gain muscle, u cant just take a supplement and expect 2 c results

The best way to build muscle and loose weight is to exercise and eat healthy, suppliments don't really help. Doing light weights help loose weight faster than aerobic exercise and helps build muscle.
