I'd suggest 350 with a loose lid or foil over it to keep it from drying for around 20 to 25 minutes for boneless, 30 for bone - in.

The other night i baked some boneless,skinless chicken breast tenders at 400 for about 15-18 minutes. it was the most tender and juicy that i have ever eaten.
