Why would the world be different if Jesus was a woman? Sorry to answer your question with a question, but I don't get it. What if he was Black or Mexican? Why does he have to be anything but Gods child?

If Jesus was a woman, then she would not fulfill the Scripture promise, which requires the Messiah be a man. The Jews would not recognize her and nobody else would either, as deity.
