I am lookin for the best Book of shadow. All i need is the website, author, and price and any other usefully information that you may have.

Well, as has been pointed out to you a BOS is personal and you should do one of your own. however I do believe there is a lot to learn from seeing a book of shadows.
Grimoire Of Lady Sheba is suppose to be a good one. You might check it out.

The Book of Shadows, at least in Wiccan practice, is traditionally created by the practitioner -- you don't buy one "off the rack", you create it through your own work and research. Wicca is not a religion where one can generally buy enlightenment.
However, Scott Cunningham's book "Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner" contains a section which can function as the starting point for your own Book of Shadows.
