well i will be sing my boyfriend in four days and I need to look like i am sarving by the time i see him. So if someone knows any helpful tips, please tell me...I am in dyer need of a good way to drop weight it keep it off the unhealthy way but not throwing it up...you know because that is like really nasty and my boufriend will break up with me if i do that. (My last warning) he says.

why, you wanna be an anorexic or something. sounds stupid to me. you need to see a therapist or something, anorexic looking women don't even look good.

your already to thin. you probaly look like a skeleton.
my sister almost died from trying to that **** so stop and gain some wieght before it is to late.

Why do you want to lose weight? Your boyfriend said he will break up with you if you don't stop being bulemic? Sounds like he cares about you! Also sounds like he doesn't care about you losing weight or not. Are you putting all this pressure on yourself? If your boyfriend loves you the way you are then stop pressuring yourself! Your boyfriend loves you so at least you can do is love yourself the way you are. Losing weight any way too quickly will make you sick!!! Just start doing some exercise three to five times a week, eat a sensible BALANCED diet (not some fad diet crap) and your body will naturally adjust to your best weight. DON'T worry about the number on the scale - that's how you get sick in the head!

your boyfriend might actually like the extra weight. guys dont always notice these little weight gains, he might notice but what he notices might be bigger boobs and not a thicker waist. dont throw up or anything like that it isnt worth it. 10 pounds isn't a big deal, you can lose it easily in a few weeks. possibly quicker if the reason youve gained weight is because youve been eating more fast food (because it has alot of sodium, so cutting some salt out will make you appear thinner in a day or two because of lost water weight). cut back on junk food, increase fruit and veggies, lean meat, oatmeal etc for a few weeks and try to work out for atleast 30 min on all weekdays and youll be back to normal in a few weeks. another quick way if your a drinker cut out alcohol for a few weeks (just make sure you dont give yourself permission to eat dessert or something in its place)

to feel good in four days, drink lots of water take a dandelion root supplement (makes you drop some water weight bloat) stay away from satly foods stick to yogurt, fruit, grilled chicken and oatmeal or bran cereal.

If money is not an object phentermine is a really good diet pill. But if you are trying to lose weight in 4 days be ready to be sick. It is not healthy to lose weight that quickly and if your boyfriend loves you it doesn't matter how much weight you have gained. Just be careful and take care of yourself.

It doesn't sound like you're anything but skinny... how tall are you? Could you add details about that?

If you have an eating disorder though, you need to seek treatment. A number on the scale won't bring you happiness.

If you want to lose weight in four days...

I suggest a four day fast. Eat nothing, drink only water. Supplement the fast by moderate exercise.

Now as far as your relationship, thats your buisness and not my forte.
