I'd use the bright blue on 2 opposite walls. On the other two, I'd use the navy on the bottom half and light green on the top half. You may want to paint any doors the same colour as the wall it is on unless it's the one with the green/navy - paint it the bright blue for extra contrast.

you could paint thick stripes on your walls with those colors or paint the room one color and then use those colors and paint stripes on only 1 wall. vertically or horizontally. you could also just paint a stripe all the way around the room. or if you dont like stripes you could paint the walls those colors and have a different color on each wall or few walls. i think it all depends on the layout of your room.
and if you want curtains and bedding you should look and bed, bath, and beyond; jcpenneys, kohls, target, or pbteen. a lot of dorm stuff is on sale everywhere and there is a lot of really cool stuff that would match the colors youre using. i got my curtains at jcpenneys and beads to put in the window and it looks really neat against my curtains! my bedding i got at kohls. if you want more ideas on how to decorate you could check out this website! have fun! oh and at the bottom of the site, there are some tips for decorating!

Try stripes kinda fat ones on the walls then skinnier ones on the bed spred and curtains. Or do like palm trees and stuff! OH on the walls fill little hand sized water guns with the paint and squirt it on the walls like the lower half of the walls. Or if you have 4 different colors of paint, paint each wall a different color. <3 hope i helped!
