Great name! I have a Lab mix. His mom was a Landseer Newfoundland and his dad was a Black Lab like your dog. Labs and Lab mixes are great - so sweet, so devoted, so smart!

We have a 15 year old shelter dog that was supposed to be part Newfoundland but he never grew much! He looks a lot Springer Spaniel - we jokingly call him a toy Newfoundland. We called him Chewbacca as we thought he would be huge and hairy but he isn't, of course, so we shortened it to Chewie!
We also have a 6 month old baby girl who is a Samoyed. My personal favorite breed! She is gorgeous and very, very smart. Just adorable. She loves stuffed toys and carries them around which is pretty funny.
Then we just adopted a 4 year old St. Bernard. His name is Teddie Bear and he is HUGE! He had heartworm when we got him and now he is on the mend, thank goodness, as he could have died from the treatments. We got him at a shelter, too. He was in a cage for 3 years and at the shelter for 1 year. They had given up on finding him a home as he would growl and bark so ferociously. However, my husband walked in the cage and got him to behave right away and it was total love at first sight! He absolutely adores my dh.

I have a 4 year old, female-spayed, short haired, black and tan chihuahua named Lilly. She had both knees fixed for luxating patellas last year.
Bobo is a 2 year old, male-neutered, long-haired, black and tan chihuahua that so far has been healthy.
Jake is my 15 year old, male neutered, black, minature poodle. He has cateracts, Progressive retinal atrophy, and a 6/6 systolic heart murmur with tricupid and mital valve regurgitation for which he takes lasix, spironolactone, benazapril, primobendan, and digoxin. You would even know his age by looking at him.
Molly is my female-spayed, 14 year old, brown minature poodle. She also has PRA and cateracts and is completely blind. She is my little love bug. She had her ACL repaird 2 ears ago after a traumatic injury when she got her leg stuck in the bench at the dog park.
I also currently have Tony, a fostered pet who was left behind in his yard when his owners moved. He is male-neutered, about 1 year old, had a cherry eye fixed and looooves his squeaky toys!
I also have 5 cats, two of which have FIV.

I have an 18 month old shih tzu named bella, she's gray, white and brown. I also have a yorkshire terrier that my friend is holding for me. Not sure if it's a boy or girl yet, he or she should be in my possession at the end of the month. If it's a girl, I'll name her Fifi. If it's a boy he'll be named Cory or Ziggy.
