Wow! That's an interesting format you've used but it makes it hard to read and answer. Take note for next time as others might just give up!
No, you don't leave them a present of your **** because that would make you as bad as them. If you can't secure your yard and your neighbours won't control their dogs, you should call the animal control authorities in your area and report them. In the meantime, I'd say you are totally within your rights to aim that hose directly AT the little ****s. Water doesn't hurt them and they might even learn to stay away if they get a soaking.

I would warn the neighbors about the dogs getting into my yard!!!!! Tell them that you really DO NOT APPRECIATE THEIR "PRESENTS".
At our animal control you can put down a minor deposit and get what is called a HAV-A-HART cage. Basically what this is is a cge that is closed at one end and the other end has a door that you set. There is a plate (long -as wide as the cage is) that if stepped on will make the open end of the cage come down and catch the dog without hurting it.
I was told ( check out with the local humane society) that as long as the animal is caught on your property it is fine. I would place it in someplace that is not easily seen. Put something in the closed end that is strong and smelly -chicken, lunch meat, vienna sausage. That way you are sure to attract the dog. You might also chain the cage to something stationary. Then take everything to the humane society. When these morons have to pay for having the dog picked up they might think twice about letting the little monsters loose.
I had a neighbor that always let their dog loose. The dog was a real sweet heart. I always went over to the owners house and took the dog back. I even used my own chain to chain the dog so it wouldn't get hit. I put a bucket of water for the dog too. The guy would kind of grunt a thank you -sometimes not even that. There were two thing that finally made me mad. I wanted my chain back and the guy lied about having the chain ( mine had a padlock on it). He gave me one that wasn't mine. I saw the dog loose ( yet again) one day and put her in my house and called animal control and had them pick her up!!!!!!!!!! I figured if the dog meant that much to the owner then he would have to pay for the privilege of having her back. WEll, that ended the problem. They moved shortly after. I really liked the dog!!!!!
Hope this helps some- it really helped me alot.

I needed to control where MY dogs went on my property. Over two and a half acres and it's all right around the house. I bought a product called REPEL II, www.farnampet.com, it comes in a carton in granular form so it's dry. Two pounds is said to do 1600 sq. ft. and costs around $16.00. Seems to work, for the most part.
Other than that I'd say put your cat food up where the dogs can't get it and the cat can and when you catch them in your yard HOSE THE LITTLE RASCALS DOWN. Maybe wet dogs going back home and shaking in THEIR house will create enough of an inconvenience to your neighbor they'll make an effort toward the problem.

Tell them that they need to pick up the presents the dogs have left behind & say that if it is to happen again you will notify the police.
Honestly its not the dogs faults, its the owners, they havent stopped the dogs from entering your yard or being responsible owners so the dogs think its ok to come into your yard & leave presents

Don't you think your making too much out of the situation? If your driveway and garden haven't fences around them, there is very little you can do.But a friend of mine had this idea. He'd gather up all the faeces in a bucket, and drop them back over his neighbours fence.People with dogs need to be responsible where their dogs do their business.
