I like cooking and I'm moving in with my brother at the end of this year. I need some good recipes, but all the ones I find seem to serve 4 or 8 people, or something ridiculous!! It's not always possible to halve the ingredients, such as an egg, so does anyone know any good sites that have recipes for 2 people?

The easiest thing I can do is give you links, because I wouldn't be able to post more than 2 or 3.

It seems that you are talking about making desserts where you might have to use eggs. As far as cooking goes, just halve the recipe. If you can, check out "Company's Coming" cook books. There are recipes in there for one or two people.

Serving for 4 aren't bad, just invest in some gladware and freeze leftovers. Otherwise, there's a great book I got off amazon.com. It's Healthy Cooking for Two (Or Just You).

Just cut the ingredients in half. Recipes are listed like that for convenience, but they can easily be adapted for 2 by cutting in half, or 8 by doubling.
