Stay alway from fry food, Any type of corn. Try eating bread with all of the food. Except Apple and stuff like that. I hope that will be good advice.

MY suggestion to you would be visit the CDC site for food born illnesses. It sounds like you or someone cant cook the food you are consuming. No food should give you Diahrea when prepared properly. Thank you.

Binding foods: cheeses and meats, white breads and pasta
Fiber foods: whole grains (NOT corn on the cob, though), root vegetables
TOO much fruit can give you digestive troubles. Good luck!

if you get diahrea from a lot of different foods its not good. that means your digestive system may not be working correctly. IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) may also cause this
