What do you drink to avoid hangovers? What do you do in the morning? I personally prefer McD's. Any other suggestions?

I drink alot and have found out that drinking causes dehydration. What I do to avoid hangovers is to drink water before I start drinking, after I have finished drinking usally before bed, and if I still feel hangover-ish have more in the morning. For me drinking enough water does the trick 99% of the time. I know this sounds to simple, but alot of people won't or don't want to do it.

Ever heard of an oxygen bar? Pure oxygen get's rid of a hangover in 5 minutes. Also if you are mixing beer and liquor stick with the clear alcohol like Vodka. Drinking a glass or 2 of water in between the alcoholic beverage also will give you less of a hangover. A hangover is basically when your body is dehydrated (Even tho U slammed a 30 pack!!!) you still need water and oxygen flow too the brain...SLEEP....

The only ways to avoid hangovers are
1- not to drink
2- stay drunk all the time
To get rid of a hangover, simple, have a drink when you get up, maybe two. You gave your brain a lot of booze the night before, now it wants more. A little will make you feel better, a little more and its Party Time

Hangovers are caused by dehydration, I just drink a quart of water before bed and keep a glass of water next to it in case I wake up. An aspirin before bed also helps. Eating breakfast before bed is another help.

lots and lots of water and a banana (even though i hate them).

"Hangovers: One of the quickest
ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey. The banana calms the stomach and, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and re-hydrates your system."

To avoid hangovers drink a glass of water for every alcoholic drink you consume. For example, if you dring a martini, have a glass of water with it. Doing this you won't have to worry about what you need in the morning. Good luck!!!!!

TRY not to drink anything cheap but if u have to TRY eat a bunch of bread and drink lots of water before u pass out/go to sleep and the next morning if u still feel like crap eat some bananas (potassium) and drink even more water. Don't eat copious amounts of McDonalds as well, unless you like the sh!ts and feel like crap

I always wake up, fall out of bed, crawl to the fridge, and get a cold, cold, cold, can of Coke, it has to be in a can though or it just doesn't have the same affect. You have to pound it like a beer though, and then let out a nice long, burp!! Hope this helps!!!

take some Chaser pills right before you start drinking. they're designed to absorb some of the toxins so you're not hung over, or at least not as bad.

in the morning, take a cold shower, some advil, and cofee.

have a beer soon as u get up...then follow with a good fatty breakfast - pancakes, eggs, & bacon...potatoes & fried chicken....McD's, too...whatever!

the water thing helps too...it's just sometimes it's hard to get that glass of water b4 u pass out...
