Pepsico is not privately owned. There are however other "owners" of Pepsi production and distribution. One such is PepsiAmericas, the company I work for. On the web, www.PepsiAmericas.com.

No one owns PepsiCo, but it owns several companies. Among these are Pepsi Bottling Group, Tropicana, Quaker, and Frito Lay. I happen to work for PBG.
