i'm afraid so. from what i've seen from marriages money matters a lot to a lot of men in selecting their spouse.

The last guy I dated seriously before my husband was clearly a gold digger. Of course, he tried to act all equal rights and stuff - letting me pay for dinners and activities. On the off occasion he would pay for anything, it was always so cheap. He even asked me to move in with him but wanted me to lease the apartment. (I made more). I could go on...
Gold diggers can be male or female. So don't be fooled!

they can be some guys look for women with money so that they dont habve to spend any money my father was like that he did that kind of thing so imean yes men can be gold diggers whebn they're sorry and dont wanna be men

i think there are male gold diggers to! Its just there are more woman doing this then men.

Yes!...there are some guys looking for girls with money....and a lot of girls are being successful.....so....it would be really funny if more and more guys switched roles...became the wives or something....stayed at home...and the wives worked all the time.....now if only they could have the babies,too!

yes, some of us are. i've always dated girls with more money than me, save for a few. granted, i didn't know that until after i'd dated them for a while, and i never acted like it, but i think that a girl with some capital has more confidence, which is attractive to me.

Yea, alot of guys are just out for a good time, and to spend all of the girls money and thats it..... I know this sounds sad.... but it's true. and then there are some guy looking for a decent girl & that it.

most of the time.. i end up spending more money on paying my bfs bills than on myself and my bills combined and he gets $1800 a fortnight and I only get just over $1000

yes some are, just like some women are.
there are still good guys and gals out there. just be patient and dont settle for just anybody.
