Junk yard (careful here), Ford Dealership can order them (at a high price), sometimes a Brake shop can custom make them or order them. If you have good pipe bending experience buy a length and the tools to do it and jsut custom bend it. Requires a pipe cutter, pipe bender, and a compression fitting tool for connections which all can be bought at many stores. Just take your time and measure twice. I use a wax crayon or permanent marker for when im laying it out, 1 bend at a time.

If all you need is the rubber line at the caliper or backing plate you really should get a new one at any parts store. If you need the steel lines that run along the frame go to a wrecking yard and get them. Be sure to pour Berryman's B12 through them to clean them out good .
Good luck!

Probably any auto parts store would carry them. I always deal with Auto Zone. If they dont have them just check with a Ford dealer.
