no, drinking sea salt water in general is not a good thing.
using salt water to loose weight is called sole therapy. you should use a certain amount of crystal salt and mix with a correct portion of water to simulate your body fluid density, that way, drinking that can improve health and some can lose weight.
however, generally losing weight mean using more energy than your food intake. u should focus on diet overall and exercise to exhaust more than you eat. You should not concentrate on one particular intake only like this sole therapy ... sole therapy also work better for hard labor ppl ... not office ppl.

Um, that's not healthy. You're basically saying you want to become bulimic? Salt will dehydrate you, then make you retain water for at least 2 days.... Also you can poison yourself with too much salt.... kidney failure & major problems Find a better way to lose weight, like eating right & exercising

No, but it will give you diarrhea. That will make you lose weight in a hurry. Further, salt water will cause you to dehydrate rapidly. It could kill you.
