Try a 3 part system called "ACNE FREE". It's similar to PROACTIV but it's much more gentle on the skin. It can be found at any drug store or Wal Mart for around $17.00. Also, IVORY soap helped (the plain, old-fashioned white bar). Good Luck! P.S. Make sure you never, ever go to bed without washing your face. And try to make sure you wash your pillow case at least twice a week. The oils from hair get onto the pillow case and gets transferred onto the face.

Mary Kay has a great product called Velocity. Velocity is for younger skin and is great for helping with breakouts. Having great skin is easy with one product that works like three. It deep cleans your face, tones to refresh and exfoliates. This lightweight moisturizer softens skin while controlling excess oil on the face. It's just right for blemish-prone skin. It also contains a lighter version of the Velocity® fragrance. Velocity is also sold at a lower price than the TimeWise Mary Kay products. You can also get Mary Kay’s Acne Treatment Gel for spot treatment of acne. For the entire Velocity Set with the Acne Treatment Get it cost about $29.00. Check out my website for more details on the Velocity Skin Care Set and the Acne Treatment Get or you can e-mail me with any questions.

I had the same problem, but there's something called Noxzema that I wash my face at night with (not during the day, because of reactions) and it worked within 2 days. I also put my hair in a headband before I go to sleep so the oils from my hair don't get into my face.

Try not to do anything to severe with your skin.. .Use a gentle cleanser 2x a day.. I like Cetaphil, I mix in a tablespoon of baking soda to exfoliate and I wash my face with warm water... Towel dry and use a cotton pad with witch hazel to remove any dirt/oil residue. Witch Hazel is alcohol free and inexpensive at the drugstore.. Also, sleep with your hair off your face.. I use an old t-shirt sleeve... Good luck..

A friend of mine introduced me this product:
http://skincareandantiaging.com/
I was skeptical because I was not looking for oceans of lotions to work on my face. I don't have time for that kind of aggravation. Too many other skin care treatments just did not work for me. I wanted something that would reduce my pores, lighten the appearance of my dark circles and blemishes, soften the texture of my skin and reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles that are age telling. I was pleasantly surprised this product did all of them.
