I've reviewed different sites and they seem pretty good. I could get a credit card, but I prefer debit or prepaid credit cards. I really don't want one linked to my bank accounts. I'm thinking about a Visa prepaid. I want to know if anyone on here uses them and if I could use them in any store that accepts a credit card. ( They say it on the Visa site but I would like your opinion.) I like the idea of stuff being paid for and not having a bill at the end of the month. And the cards seem kind of cool too. Thanks.

Since they are prepaid, they can't make any money off of interest. So they make up for it with fees. Make sure that you understand the fees. I saw one with a $20 "activation fee", for example.
