Would it not be easier to carry a box of condoms? I used to be quite the little “man whore” myself, but I always played it safe and never got anyone pregnant.
I had the vasectomy when I was 21, with no kids. It cost only $250. I am told they cost about $600 at the same type of clinic today.
By not having it performed by a professional, you could be risking your life, or your future ability to have sex. Check with a nearby teaching hospital. They might be able to do it very cheap.
For now, condoms are very cheap!
Good luck!

Sure, why not (ha, ha, ha, ha ... he, he ...) ............
... suppose you know (or maybe you don't) next time and every ever after, you'll have no need to take any of your socks off. But you'll have a finally well deserved REST.
But be aware, when you do this, there is absolutely needed to be assisted by one of your so sweet lovers. Case she'll be strong sufficient to perform (of course: dial) the emergency number phone in your area.
I insist for you to pass over my answer and choose the next.
I've already had a good day today, thks to you too.
By the way, why are not some of us doing more sports in the fitness center or parks? Wouldn't be less expensive, healthier and energetic resources consuming? (... ah, maybe the last one is au contraire ...)
Or better some brains' surgicals (my ex.)? Or ... ups, if someone need to know more must ask his/her/my physician (smiles, Mr. Crocodiles?)
Huff!
Bye

Dear Mr P, The vasectomy operation should not cause the urinary issues you describe. However, I would have gone to the same doctor who operated you, rather than the ER. If you have an urinary track infection the antibiotic should work well. For a complete information on UTI I recommend you use Google search. I wish you well.

Have the procedure done by a doctor. You wouldn't want to hurt something that you will still need to keep working. If you go through with this dangerous and insane self-procedure and seriously hurt yourself, the medical bills will be even bigger.

It is not safe to form a procedure like this. You should either get it done by a surgeon or get use to wearing condoms or not having sex.

Sounds like a good idea to me, go for it. At least you'll stop contaminating the gene pool one way or the other.

at that rate just lop your balls off and duct tape the wound closed.
in the long run affording the procedure is cheaper than all the kids you apparently produce.
just go to a clinic and see how much they will charge.
