Use a couple of racks and just lay them open, no need for tin foil. If you still don't have enough rack space, stack them up and they should heat up just as fine, though they might toast a bit unevenly in that case (not that that matters so much for hot dog buns!)

You need:
Cookie sheet,butter, brush,microwave, pan.
melt the butter in the microwave. use the defrost setting and watch! this will happen quick. Set the oven to BROIL. place the buns OPENED side UP on the cookie sheet. brush the melted butter on them. then place in the oven, at least 3" away from the burner. watch. take them out when the edges start to brown ( it won't take long..)
Serve with kraut & mustard, ketchup and relish. Use a good sausage or hot dog...

Leave the hot dog bun bag closed and put in the microwave for about 20 seconds. It should work. Be careful plastic will melt if microwave is on high. Watch it the whole time.

low temp (like 350F) on a cookie sheet for a few minutes. Watch them though because they will toast if you leave them in too long. Foil packets would probably work well and it would help you to not get the toasting effects.

I like toasted buns so I brush with butter and lie them sideways on a cookie sheet @ 250 then turn them over and let them toast.

Just put them on a baking try and split them, then put some finely diced garlic and butter inside (if you like garlic that is) and bake. Not too long or they'll be too dry and burnt. ENJOY! {:-)

You may need to use two racks and change the rolls around from time, so they heat evenly.
