My face gets ance, but not much.
The big problem is blemishes!
My face is as red as a cherry tomato.
And covering it up makes acne worse.

Are there certain types of face washes/ creams you can use or what do you do?

I have rosacea, too. My dermatologist recommended a product called Cetaphil. I use this everyday. My skin feels very smooth and clean. (You can buy this a any drug store. I have also seen the product in grocery stores, too).

I also use a prescription cream called "Metro gel." You will need to see a Dermatologist and get a prescription for that.

In the meantime, avoid direct sunlight. Spicy food can add to the redness in your face as can caffeine. Try to avoid those foods as well. Skin cleansers with alcohol in them can also add dryness and redness. I do use some astringent now and then- especially since it's been hot and humid where I live.
