My poor dear, speech therapy will work a world of difference for you. Go in peace.

I think you may need to have this evaluated by a professional who deals with speech therapy. It sounds like you might have a slight speech disorder like cluttering. It can be treated through language therapy. I suggest you google it a little to see if it fits what you're going through, and if you continue being concerned about this, find a speech therapist in your area.

Is English your first language? Or are you bilingual?

I ask this because various languages arrange their phrasing differently and getting confused is to be expected.

In the event that English is your native tongue, the best advice that I can give is to take a second to run what you are about to say through your mind before you actually speak. (Basically, forcing yourself to slow down and think about the words prior to actually saying them.)

Hope this helps.

Peace,

As long as you don't actually "horn your honk" you're OK.
