Too much of anything is bad for you. Anything diet I'd be worried about brain cancer.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Well, I am a diabetic and yes, diet soda is good. It really is the only soda we can drink without taking insulin. Diet soda doesn't have an carbs or like, sugar stuff. But, no matter what kind, it's not really good to drink it on a daily basis.

Carbonated beverages, as a general rule, whether they are diet or not, eat away at the lining of your stomach and intestines, and over time can cause problems with indigestion, acid reflux, heartburn, esophagael lesions, and ulcers. There has also been evidence to suggest that synthetic sugars used in diet sodas may increase the risk of cancer. It's not good for you, stay away from it.

A third area of controversy is acid. Soft drinks often contain enough phosphoric acid to disturb the acid-alkaline balance of the stomach and, according to some sources, could cause harm: stomach and intestinal inflammation, intestinal erosion, and various forms of cancer have all been blamed upon excessive acid exposure. Most of these claims remain unsubstantiated, however. Studies have also suggested that phosphoric acid causes digestional distress in patients who have kidney problems. While it is true that soda may alter the pH balance of the stomach, the stomach mucous and GI secretions act as buffers, shielding the rest of the body from excessively acidic contents of the stomach. When deciding how much acid is right for you, listen to your stomach and heed its messages to maintain a healthy balance.

All Diet sodas contain Splenda or Equal and both are not good for your health.
Splenda was first made to be a rat poison but the inventor discovered it was sweet so he created a sweet poison for humans instead.

Let's put it this way. Coca-Cola (even diet) can clean a carburator. Does that tell you something? It should.
Its not only bad for your stomach, its not great for your teeth either...I am guessing any acidity but if it can clean a carburator lord only knows what it is doing to you.

diet soda contains a chemical that cancer cells feed off of, so if you drink to much diet soda you are making the cancer cells larger and stronger. they put that chemical in there as a replacement of sugar
