Can you recycle adhesives?

I'm talking tape and stuff. Is it made out of plastic? Can it be recycled?

The plastic and backing, yes. But, after after adhesives have cured, about the only thing they're good for is filler/binder in something like asphalt.

Oh, i throught u were talking about some sticky liquid like glue. Yes, depend what are you taping at, like paper, metal.....
