i wanted to play a prank on my grandpa today. he is 83 years old, and i am 12
my brother made this catupult contraption and put what i thought was a water balloon in it. and he told me to launch it. what i didnt know was that the waterballoon was frozen solid. so i launched the balloon when my grandpa walked through the door and it hit him dead on in his groin.
he let out the most disturing hihg pitched scream, went completely pale, and started coughing violently and then vomited 4 times onto the floor. and layed there moaning, sobbing, and coughing for about 30 minutes.
i feel SO bad and did NOT mean for this to happen. i am realy close to my grandpa and he is a good sport when it comes to mild pranks like a water balloon on a hot day. i truly didnt know it was frozen because i never came in contact with the baloon. only the launcher. how do i apologize and tell him that im sorry?

Grandpa i just wanted to apologize to u because i didnt know the water balloon was frozen, i really didnt and im so sorry because you know i wood never hurt you purposely because i love you way too much to hurt you like that and i hope you forgive me truely because i feel so horible about it and i wish i could go back in time and check the water balloon. OMG baby thats why you shouldn't do pranks. For one your brother shouldn't freeze water balloons. They can hurt someone extremely. I think you should go and approach your grandpa and apologize to him. Tell him the whole story included the one with your brother freezing the water balloons. Make sure you don't EVER do that again. You could have killed him sweetie. He is an elderly man. I hope his private area is ok and there is no damage. But just be honest and go say your sorry for what happened. Next time think before you act ok. Good luck!!

You and your brother BOTH need to go talk to your Grandpa, tell him EXACTLY what happened (no need to place blame on each other, that's not the point here), and apologize for what you did. You are both at fault. Clearly you didn't mean for that to happen, but it did, and it could have been very, very bad -- you're lucky that it didn't knock him out, or break a bone, or cause permanent damage. The only way to apologize is to come straight out and do it. And then ask him what you can do to show him that you really mean it, how you can make it up to him.

get down on your knees and pray that he ok health wise! a water balloon would be bad enough but, a frozen one! get your dumb *** brother to go with you to tell your grandfather how very sorry and how stupid of a thing it was to do. Believe it or not that could havened caused major problems for your grandfather. I real;ly hope you are very proud of yourself.

Just go right on up to him and tell him that your sorry? Tell exactly what happened and how u didnt kno etc. If u guys a close he'll understand and forgive u.

Tell him exactly what happen and hopefully he will forgive you for your childishness. Next time throw all water balloons with your hand so you'll know whether its solid or not.

Tell him you didnt know it was frozen, and you would never do that, if you knew. Just apologize to him. Tell him you wont ever do that again. He'll understand!!
