I am very sensitive to any kind of hot seasoning it is so popular now it is hard to avoid it and turns up
many places it does not not belong like in traditional quiche and lasanga. Anyone know how to nutralize it ?

Of course, I can't handle spicy stuff, so if you are doing home made cooking go to the spice island and look to see what they have in a mild seasoning, for Chile they have a mild seasoning, same for salsa, go to the ethnic island look and see what they have there for seasonings . If your eating out ask if it's spicy and if they very spicy, tell them no spice on yours If this can be done. This is very doable in finding the right spice for you.

Hmm..I don´t think a mild meal could be as tasteful as a pepery one but eating bread with peppery meal helps. Bead helps not water.
