My 27 inch panasonci televison is not wokring. It has sound but no picture. sometimes the picture will turn on for a few seconds and then go black again. any suggestions about what is wrong?

Picture tube is shot time for a new TV, had the same thing happen to me with a Sony Trinitron years ago. Cheaper to replace that to fix

If it cuts in & out then, you probably just have a bad connection on one of the circuit boards, that would only require resoldering. Definitely worth having checked out for that.
If you are using A/V cables on the set , you may want to change the VIDEO (yellow plug) cable. Or when it goes black try pushing menu to see if that much comes up,this will determine if it's tv or video supply to tv fault.

not all televisions are perfect. i recommend you take it back. to the store, but if the warrenty has expired. your out of luck, unless you get someone to fix it.
