Losing a vast amount of weight rapidly isn't good for your health.But if you do want to lose weight don't make any drastic changes just cut down on your calorie intake drink lots of water and cut down on salty and sugary food you can still have these things just limit the portion sizes.

you should aim to lose no more than 2lb a week... during first week of dieting you will probably lose 7lbs but that is mainly water and will come back.....

that is EXTREMELY unhealthy..but if u MUST then just eat 6 small meals a day not anytime before bed time.. aim for 1000 calories a day and do alot of cardio work
such as running/swimming/ab routines/high rep weight exercises

I don't think you can. The most I loose in 48 hours is about 4 pounds. And I don't even try, I just loose it.

well if you do a water fast can lose up to 5 pounds in one day (not all of it is fat though)
and any aerobics burns the most fat swimming too

I once ran for 24-hours straight (race). I was down 6 lbs after 24. Try that. LOL.
