At 3 months old, dont expect the dog to understand that they cannot pee inside. The puppy's attention span is very short, and YOU must watch for the signs that your dog needs to use the rest room.
Take the puppy outside several times a day after the puppy eats or drinks, or plays. They will usually need to go every few hours. Or you can put the puppy in a crate follwing eating or drinking, then when the dog seems to need to go take them to the appropriate place and use the same command word like "potty" or "outside" so the dog learns to associate that with the restroom.
If the pup goes in the house, make them sniff the area then lead them to the correct area and use the command word, until they associate that area with what you want them to do.
Reinforce with praise and treats, not yelling, hitting or negative reactions. This will make the pup scared of you or they will associate that word or area negatively.

One thing you can do is take her outside, someplace where other dogs use the bathroom and let her sniff around. Maybe she will smell something that makes her want to use the bathroom where they have gone. If she goes there take her back to that same place over and over to use the bathroom several times a day and reward her after she goes. If she goes in the house remind her she's not suppose to, then take her to the place outside that smells like the appropriate doggy bathroom.

That's totally normal! Your dog is just a baby. You may want to try to crate train her. All you have to do is put her in a kennel all day at your house and when you get home from work or school let her out and immediately bring her outside. She would not want to use the bathroom where she sleeps.

When I got my dog for about the first year I kept him outside all the time and before I bring him in the house I made sure he went. I've had him for almost two years and he has not once gone in the house.

Go to a pet store and buy a Crate for your puppy and read instructions on crate training.....is highly effective but it does not work overnight you must be patient but firm with your little pup. Good luck, also puppy obedience classes are a good idea if you are strapped for money check out your local community rec center or local newspapers for someone to help you train your puppy. Bye

My eskie did the same till he was 4 months old. The vet told me to take him for his walks to someplace calm and less traffic. I started taking him to more peaceful bylanes and with 3 days he started peeing and pooing outside. It does work. Try it.

you have to train the dog. you need to take her out every half hour or so until she gets the idea as to why your doing it. and when she does it in the house you need to stick her nose in it and sternly say no. reward her when she goes outside and punish her when she goes inside.
