i have waited 28 months after applying.now i am very upset, what should i do now? is there a way to proccede further?please help!

Contact the Department and see what makes up the points perhaps you missed something or perhaps there is another issue such as being an economic refugee that you can try. There are of course lawyer is Canada who specialize in immigration law who may help.

Sadly you have to reapply. You can not appeal it. You should be able to get that one other point now that it has been 28 months you have 2 mores years work experience. This should work. However you have to start all over. I am sorry.
